Registration Cancellation Refund Policy:
Requests for cancellation refunds must be made in writing and be sent to the address below. Requests must be postmarked by October 15 will be refunded in full. A 20% handling charge will be assessed for cancellation requests post-marked between October 15 and October 20, 2008. No refunds after October 20, 2008.
Hotel Information:
The AAOMPT conference will take place at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center, Seattle, Washington. Guest rooms have been reserved for conference attendees at the Seattle Marriott Waterfront Hotel (located across the street )at a discounted rate of $189.00 per night plus tax.
